Payment options and shipping information

iDeal

This is a Dutch on-line payment system and can only be used if you have a Dutch bank account. You can pay on-line at the moment you order. The payment is almost immediate and we can start processing your order right away. If you choose this method, your account will be charged right away.

Creditcard

Pay your order on-line with your creditcard. The payment is almost immediate and we can start processing your order right away. If you choose this method, your credit card will be charged right away.

Wire transfer

You can transfer the money to our bank account. Our banking details are specified in the order confirmation email you will receive. We won't be able to start processing your order until we have received the money in our bank account.

Delivery times

This is dependent on our stock status and the country we have to send it to. In general the delivery time is less than two weeks.

Shipping

We use TNT and DHL to ship the orders. You will have to sign for receipt whent your order arrives. We will send you an email with the tracking number when we send the order so you can track the order yourself.

Customs Duties and Local Destination Delivery charges

Shipments outside of the Netherlands must be marked with customs value, and you will be responsibile for paying any assessed local customs duty charges. We have no control over this assessment.
We have been notified by various customers that some countries asses local re-delivery charges, generally after customs have been involved. You will be responsible for these charges as we have no control over these costs.

All our atricles have a one year waranty period.
All prices are including 19% VAT / Sales tax for our European customers.
The 19% VAT will be subtracted for anyone ordering outside of the European Union, this will be done before payment.
